Thanksgiving

We had such a great Thanksgiving! We started out our day in Casa Grande with Erics Family and then from there we went to my Dads house. It was just a day of food and happiness :) This year we have an extra little blessing to be thankful for and we can't wait to meet her. I hope everyone had a wonderful day!

The Phantom of the Opera is there...inside my mind

This last Friday Debbie invited me along with her friends to go see Phantom and of coarse I accepted! I love going to shows! We had such a fun night. We went to Dinner at PF Chang's and then to see the show. You know how I love heels, and being pregnant won't stop me! I wore my red Patin leathers and BOY did I have a huge blister at the end of the night. But hey, it's worth it to look cute :)

So Thankful

IT'S A GIRL!! Little Payton Leigh is on her way! The last couple of weeks we have just been so busy. It all started out with moving to the house and trying to get settled there, Eric's parents were such a great help and I don't know what we would have done with out them. Once we were here Eric started to get sick then I got the flu, which was a horrible experience, and it just seemed to drag on and on, it then turned into a sinus infection that I am still battling, but I think is on it's way out. This last Sunday I began my 20Th week in pregnancy ( Half way there!) But along with that came some scares. Thursday the 29Th of October we Had our Ultra sound to confirm the sex of the baby! While we were there they spotted some bleeding behind my placenta so 5 days later we went back to check on it and the area had doubled in size, this was a cause for concern and when we talked with the Doctor about it we left feeling unsure of what was going to happen and very discouraged. So needless to say we have been really stressed the last couple of days and very anxious for the Ultrasound today. We are happy to report that all is well! The doctor didn't see anything wrong and said the it was most likely a partial separtaion of the placenta to the uterine wall but the problem had fixed itself. Al those prayers paid off and we are just so thankful that our little Payton is safe and sound in there. We were able to get some really neat 3D photos and video of her to share! Enjoy our little piece of happiness!

Fun carving pumpkins!!

Our Bellies

More great news! We got her crib ( Thanks Mom and James!) and her dresser ( Thanks Debbie and Jeff!) We are very very excited about it.... Can't wait til the rest of her room can be done :)

Another week done....

This week marks 16 weeks! I am very excited with every healthy week that goes by. Here is a pic for week 16. In the past couple of days it just really seemed to start sticking out.

On another note of life I had a great weekend, very eventful. Started off with a Friday night birthday dinner for Katie, then onto a busy Saturday spent with Anna and Lyla running around all day and a sleep over, then to today. I have spent all day looking for a curtain rod that is at least 154in...let me tell you, it is impossible! I can't find one anywhere..what is a girl to do? So now I am home going to do a little dusting and so forth...then off to dads for dinner!

15 week Scare

We had a scare.....

But everything is OK! We went to the doctor today and they did an ultrasound to check everything out. I couldn't be more happy. Baby was moving around all over the place we could actually see it drinking the fluid and swallowing, scratching it's head and just going the whole time. What I thought was really interesting is when we went for our 12 week appointment and heard the heartbeat it was 155-160 and this time it was 146. They said that everything is going great and the baby is developing perfectly and is where it should be for 15 weeks....Can't wait until about three more weeks we will get to find out what we are having!! But here is a sneak peek at our little person thus far! Just so cute already :)

Traditions

Today I received a package......In the package was a cute card a maternity shirt and the cutest little wind up Lamby you ever saw. So Baby Gundry officially has his/her first stuffed animal! Mom says that it is a tradition that Grandma Kath started with them when they got past their three month hump. It was such a nice surprise, along with the friendship card I received from Anna today too! I just feel so loved. I love those days :)

14 weeks Tomorrow

Boy how time flies! That has really become my motto lately. It just seems to be going so fast. I remember when I first found out I was pregnant time seemed to be so slow I just wanted to get past the first 3 months, and here I am! tomorrow I will be 14 weeks I can't believe it. On the subject of other things I can't believe...Let's talk about what pregnancy does to your Ta Ta's! In a nut shell, they are HUGE and ANNOYING! Luckily, that and my sciatic nerve are really the only things that have been bothering me and I am very emotional. Just ask Eric! Last week we went the doctor and we were able to hear the heart beat for the first time. What an amazing experience...there is something growing in me... I don't think that I will get over that.

Well eric snapped a few shots of my growing belly on Friday nothing huge yet, just enough to make me look like I gained some weight, but still exciting none the less! Please ignore the powder that is all over my clothes I had just put some on.

Sometimes in Life...

You just have to believe that everything happens for a reason. As most of you know Eric and I have been house hunting, but have pretty much been waiting on this one particular house for the last six months. As soon as we were so close it all fell through, but I have been saying my paryers for the right thing to come along for us. I really do think the way this all worked out we are going to be great! I am happy with the decisions we have made and I can't wait to just move foward and be done :)

Nothing much

Well nothing much is really going on this week. I am really excited that we are FINALLY out of August and headed our way into fall... I realize that it won't cool down right away but at least we are a little closer. I am so tired of this heat I can hardly stand it!

This last weekend we went to Greg's ( Denise's Boyfriend) birthady /going away party. Here is a little pic of Eric and I enjoying our time there.

A New Favorite

I have a new favorite musical. Last night Katie and I went and saw Wicked. What an amazing show I just thought it was so great! Growing up the Wizard of Oz was one of my all time favorite movies, anyone who was around me at the time can attest to that. I watched it over and over as many times as I could! It is still in my top five. I heard about this years ago when I worked at Delux, one of the other co- workers told me about it, and ever since I have been itching to see it, and it far exceeded my expectations. If anyone wants a good show, this is it!

Too Fast of a Weekend...

This last weekend went by too fast. Amy came out to visit with the kids and it flew by all to quickly. I can't even believe that it has been since the Wedding ( 9 months)!!! In the time we have had a new addition the the family, Little Kayla was born and I finally got to meet her. She is so adorable, and Jaxton, Boy is he a hoot! They flew on on Thursday night and my work was nice enough to let me off on Friday so I just went to Dads and hung out for a bit. Them Aim and I went to San Tan mall to get Kayla her first swimsuit and cute little hat. While we were out and about we ran into a Monsoon! Gosh I love them... They are just the best I look forward to them every year and this past week has been full if them! It's great! Anyway, when we got back to dads we ate and swam. It was both Jaxton and Kayla's first time in the pool. Jaxton LOVED it!

On saturday Amy and I went and met Katie and Debbie ( Mother in Law Debbie) at In N Out and then walked the mall it was a great afternoon, then it was back to dads for Pizza and more Swimming! I wish that I had a video of Jaxton Dancing. It is the cutest thing I have ever seen I would say his favorite thing was dancing and being with the Boys he actually tols me to leave Cheyenne's Room once. HA! All in all it was a great weekend! It was so nice to have Amy here I miss her so much.

Grandma came in Friday Night

He wouldn't to go to sleep. He wanted to stay up with everyone :)
