24 weeks

Today I am 24 weeks along so Pay and I did a little photo shoot together :) She was all about it! We would set the timer and then race to the spot before it went off. Ha!

Fall Break Organizing Day 1- The Kitchen

During my Fall Break I have decided to go through and thoroughly gut each room in my house. Yesterday I started with the Kitchen, I have a bit more to do today but boy does it feel good! I pulled out every single item in each cupboard, cleaned each shelf, then placed all the items back, some in different spots.  Everything is so much more easily accessible now, and feels clutter free. Today I have to do all the drawers and I will be done! Here are some pics of my process.
Now these are  the before pics of my messy kitchen that was going to be cleaned regardless during my normal Saturday routine. I wish I had before pics of my cupboards but I wasn't thinking that far ahead...

This definitely needed to be done!
The island- The place we just set things down
This is after I pulled everything out

   The After:
This is so much better! I have more than what I had in there before, but from looking at it, you would think I purged.  I bought the white shelves in a pack of 3 from Walmart. They really help make more space.
This was another collector of things.  Everything is now in a cupboard, or in the trash! I finally bought one of those plastic baggie holders and us in the pantry. No more plastic bags hanging off the side.
By alternating my glasses I had so much more space. That pitcher never fit in there, or my wine glasses, mugs. The mugs were in a different cupboard all together. Again, I used one of my shelves to help create more room.
Completely moved all the tupperware. All the lids are now in a basket, and the bottoms are neatly stacked.
All cookbooks and baking books are together above the tupperware
I actually had extra space to store paper towels! That was exciting!
This was a disaster before. I had so much crammed in here that you could barely find what you needed.
The other side, with all corning wear and their lids in a basket
I couldn't get the best angle of this  one, but these are items that I don;t use all the time, for baking and such!
My old tupperware drawer is now all my baking pans, bowls and other baking items.

Ahhh....Clutter free!!
Feels so good!!

More to come!! Doing my drawers today!

It's Been a Long Time

Yes, Yes, Yes, it has been an enormous amount of time since my last post.  Well, needless to say I am back!  So much has happened since my last little entry about Payton.  As most of you know we are expecting  Baby Gundry #2 and we are so thrilled that he will be joining us! Yes, you read correctly, if you did not know, we are having a boy and that just made Eric even more thrilled about the whole thing.  Dreams of sports and playing catch are dancing in his head already!  I for one am just excited about having both. Payton  is really into the whole thing. She always tells me that she would like to take the baby out and hold him, but we can put him back. I of course had to explain that he needs to grow and can't come out until January.
At this point I am now 23 weeks and 4 days. I feel much larger this time around.  I do have gestational diabetes which is definitely difficult when all I want are Oreos and soon to be Halloween candy. And let's not forget how much I love french fries. But, it's a blessing in disguise, it keeps me from gaining more weight than I would want to.  Other than that I feel great, just the normal pregnancy stuff so far.  My back is starting to hurt more, my feel are sore at the end of the day, and i'm very exhausted when I get home from a full day with 5 year olds.
As for Pay, she is now 2 1/2 and all talking a mile a min. and is as girly as a girl can get. She is  so smart it just amazes me:) I'm so proud and lucky to be her mama. She has developed quite the sense of humor and think she is just so funny.  She is completely potty trained and now sleeps in her toddler bed! The only thing we are working on is not wearing a pull up to bed, we are basically there...It's just me having to bite the bullet and do it! Haha!
Eric has started a new job and it finally seems to be getting under way.  He's been very busy with the job, school and his new found hobby of Triathlons!

Here are a few photos of me during the pregnancy thus far... As I said before, I feel much bigger this time around!....
6 weeks
19 weeks   definitely showing belly at this point
21 weeks 6 days ( growth spurt for sure)
ignore the underwear please. Wasn't thinking when we took this, so it;s the only one I have.
23 weeks 4 days
( wow! This is where I feel way bigger than I was with Payton!)

Beautiful Day

What a beautiful day outside today! Payton and I woke up and went on a bike ride to the park. then came home and played outside all afternoon.  She had such a blast running all over the backyard! Of course I couldn't help but take a million pictures of her! She's just too cute to pass up!
