I have been attempting to be better with my running lately. Life just seems to get so busy with work and household chores that itusually takes a backseat. The last two weekends I have done runs with Heather and Debbie, which have been really fun! Kinda gets me back in th mode! Here's hoping... :)

| This was a morning run at Kiwanis park held for a young woman named Salley Meyerhoff who passed away tragically this last March. Although I did not personally know her or her family, I couldn't help but feel for their loss. There was an amazing turn out for a first year run! IT was a great way to start the day. |

| This run was a night time run up in Cave Creek on one of the coldest nights we've had! Even though my teeth were chattering the whole time, I still finished! That's what counts! |
